Memories

Co-workers cross your path every week...many see them more so than families, but Connie was always one you crossed to make your day a bit brighter. Yes, she never missed a birthday. And loved home canned pickles.. always making sure she returned the jars so she could get more the following season. Hardworking, compassionate, craziest story teller, had her own way of doing things...unique...never met another woman quite like her and that is the part I will miss most. Loved Zach and Kenzi like crazy...always remember that kids. Loved all of her family and friends...such a great loss. Deepest sympathy to all her friends and family. You are definitely missed girl!

Memories

Many memories of Connie I have from our teenage years. We both had a paper route to made some extra cash, rode our bikes all over town chasing boys, getting caught for curfew, and making snow forts by the woods. This just names a few things we did though out are youth.I will miss your Christmas cards, and so sorry I was not able to visit with you in the past couple of years. You will be missed by many. Rest in Peace

I know that Connie will hold a spot in heaven for all those who believe and she will have no other medical issues that she needs to overcome. Memories

My fondest memory of Connie was about taking her to the dairy queen. Whenever I was home for a visit, I knew as soon as I pulled up to the house Connie would be waiting for me, money in hand and friends in tow to go the dairy queen. they would all ride in the bed of my pick up giddy with the thought of going to get ice cream. I loved doing that for her and being her big brother. Love you Connie!

Memories

Oh Sweet Connie, if only I could of had more time with you while up there this past June, and other visits, to chit-chat and compare our adventures in life. Your brother shares with me the most wonderful stories of you, as a little girl, and how good always felt taking you and your friends for rides in his pick-up truck for ice cream...some stories so funny, I nearly pee my pants, and cannot share on here. It's hard for me to believe you are gone; even more difficult for your brother. My heart is aching for Grandma Broe, Barbara, Diane and even more so for Zac and Kenzie. Rest in Jesus' arms Sweet Connie, and watch over us with your beautiful soul, as our Guardian Angel. We Love you. :-(

Memories

Almost all of my childhood memories have Connie in them. Such as, following the mailman around ever day and driving him crazy. And we can't forget the time we actually took out all mail out of the mail boxes, dressing up like old people and walking around town, dressing up in formal wear to get a cone at golden coral, going down in the woods all the time, playing house in Erickson furniture store, riding Jimmie's bike together and going as slow as possible to see when we would fall down, watching American bandstand every Saturday morning together and each stealing a small tupperwear glass of 7-up hoping her parents wouldn't find out. Even though sometimes it would be a few years in between seeing Connie, we always had a great time when we did. She was such a warm person with such a contagious laugh. Even after going without seeing each other for a long time, we still remembered each others birthday. I give my deepest condolences to the family, and may Connie rest in peace.

Memories

I have known Connie for quite a few years. My fondest memory of Connie was the day we picked up her Harley Sportster. She was so excited to ride that motorcycle. There were a few times the two of us rode off into the sunset. When I think of her I think of kindness, sharing, laughter and her all around big heart. She never forgot your birthday, or any other event that was important to you as it became important to Connie. That is just who she was. I will and do miss her very much. She was a wonderful person to know. My heart is sad to think it will be while before we laugh together again. Rest well my friend. Sue .

Memories

I was saddened when I heard about Connie's passing! I was Connie A. and Connie was Connie B. when we went out no one believed us. She was always smiling and making people laugh and have a good time. I will miss sitting by her at Malt-O-Meal during breaks when we would look at Facebook, Dancing with Stars, and Days of our lives!

Memories

I went to school with Connie way back at McKinley Elementary. She befriended me in 6th grade when I moved to town and I didn't live too far away from her. She was always such a sweet person. Fun to talk to and always made you feel whatever you were saying was important. I am very sorry for your loss. The world is a better place because Connie was in it and she will never be forgotten! Prayers for peace for her family and I'm sure you'll hear lots of great stories about her from all the people she touched.

Memories

So sad to hear this news. Our friendship began in eighth grade we were silly teenagers together. Oh the dreams we had! I have so many memories full of laughter and adventures with my night owl friend! She could always drag me into something fun and keep me up past curfew, once earning us a ride back to her house in a squad car! I can’t believe she is gone and I am so sorry that I have taken her “always being there” for granted. She was special and I will miss her. Hard working to a fault, Kind, funny, walked really fast, smart mouth, gave great birthday cards and could tell a story like no other. Peace and prayers. Love ya Connie! - P

What a shock and terrible loss. Connie was always smiling even though she was so sick. And yes, she never forgot anyone special events or sad with a very nice card. My heart goes out to her family and friends who are hurting at this time. For I have dealt with loss recently also. May I share in sending all of you strength and comfort thru this trying time. Know that she is no longer in pain and is in loving care. I know God is there for all of us. We just have to believe and look to him! Peace:)

Memories

Connie and I had been friends for almost two decades. We went through our divorces at the same time and bonded. We did not remain real close these last several years but I still felt close to her when she started having health issues the last two weeks or so. I will miss her smile and her goofy story telling voice. She was always so thoughtful, texting on holidays and birthday cards to everyone she knew, every year, without fail. May Zack and McKenzie remember how much she loved them and all that she did for them. She was a wonderful person. So sorry for your loss. Lisa Stevens
