Milt

    Milton B. Wolters, age 82, of Faribault, died on Sunday, October 25, 2009 at the Pleasant View Estates.
    Services will be held at the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with the Reverend Roger Grafenstein, pastor of Hope United Methodist Church, officiating.
    Visitation will be held in the funeral home for one hour prior to the services on Thursday.
Milton Bernard was born on May 16, 1927 in Faribault. He graduated from the Faribault High School in 1945 and served in the U. S. Navy. He married Jacqueline Schultz on October 1, 1960 in St. John’s United Church of Christ, Wheeling Township, Rice County. He owned and operated the Brunswick Hotel in Faribault and St. Peter Travel.
    He is survived by one daughter, Lynn (and James) Ennis of Faribault; one son, Mark (and Raluca) Wolters of Plymouth; three grandchildren, Maggie and Pepper Ennis and Henry Wolters; his sister in law, Patricia (and Jerry) Olson of Denver, CO.
    He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline; his parents; and his parents in law, Edwin and Naomi Schultz.

Memories

We became good friends with Milt at the Faribault west mall. enjoyed all his stories of his trips and adventures. He spoke of his grandchildren often and was so proud of them. He always impressed me of his caring for his family and Jackie. always so helpful to everyone. We had lots of fun going to the casino ,as that was when I heard all his stories, in the car going and coming.He loved my brownies for our coffee breaks in the back room of the mall. Will miss him dearly. Thelma Lippert

Memories

I remember seeing Milt smiling at so many of granddaughter Pepper's musical events. I also remember Milt being there for his wife through her time of illness. Milt was a faithful, smiling presence with pride in his family. Pastor Roger Grafenstein
