Doris

     Doris I. (Mrs. Arnold) Pleschourt, age 89, of Faribault, died on Sunday, October 5, 2008 at the Three Links Care Center, Northfield.
      Services will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. in the St. John’s Lutheran Church, Northfield with the Reverend John E. Quam, officiating. Interment will be at the Meadow Ridge Memorial Park, Faribault.
      Visitation will be in the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 and also in the church for one hour prior to the services on Wednesday.
Doris I., the daughter of John and Hannah (Tellesas) Floren was born on September 4, 1919 in Rice County. She married Arnold E. Pleschourt on December 14, 1939 in Nerstrand and he preceded her in death on February 24, 1979.
      She is survived by two sons, Allen (and Audrey) Pleschourt of Northfield and Darrell (and Kathleen) Pleschourt of Faribault; one son-in-law, Selmer Erickson of Park Rapids; eight grandsons, Brian (and Lois) Pleschourt of Dundas, Earl (and Michelle) Pleschourt of Medford, Brice (and Tracy) Pleschourt of Lakeville, Michael (and Kathy) Pleschourt of Faribault, Steven (and Carmen) Pleschourt of Pine Island, Cory (and Gwen) Pleschourt of Northfield, Scott Erickson of Sebeka and Dean Erickson of Dennison; 12 great grandchildren, Brittany, Jacob, Breea, Hunter, Blake, Griffin, Gracie, Andrew, Joseph, Rachael, Katie and Adam Pleschourt.
      She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold; one daughter, Gloria Erickson; four sisters, Evelyn Falkenberg, Helen Winter, Lois Kaul and Virginia Enfield; and two half brothers, Haakon and Bjarne Hansen.
