JACQUELINE "JACKEY"  KIRKPATRICK

Jackey

   Jacqueline Julia (Madson) Kirkpatrick, age 52, of Dundas, passed away
peacefully on Saturday, September 8, 2007 surrounded by love, after a short
but courageous battle against gastric cancer.
   Memorial services will be held at Christiania Lutheran Church, rural
Lakeville on Thursday, September 13, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with the Reverend
Nancy Brown, officiating.
   A memorial visitation will be at the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault on
Wednesday, September 12, 2007 from 4 to 8 p.m. and also in the church for
one half hour prior to the services on Thursday.
   Jackey, the daughter of Harold G. and Ida H. (Henry) Madson was born on
November 9, 1954 in Northfield.  She graduated from Northfield High School
and later received her degree in business.  She married Jeffrey Kirkpatrick
on January 21, 1972 in Lonsdale.  She has been employed for over 20 years at
Meggitt Defense Systems-Caswell of Minneapolis. She loved life and lived
well, touching the lives of everyone she knew with her kindness and bright
smile.  Jackey was a phenomenal wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
   She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey; two daughters, Mara Kirkpatrick
of Blaine and Lisa (and Ryan) Gill of Dundas, one granddaughter, Karly
Bracken; one expected granddaughter, Julia Jacqueline Gill; five siblings,
Lynette Fleck of Faribault, Barb (and Lenny) Chlan of Montgomery, Deb (and
Ken) Halgrimson of Cannon Falls, Heidi (and Dean) Lyons and Kristi (and
Harv) Poore all of Warsaw; nieces; nephews and many relatives and friends.
   She was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings, an infant
brother and a sister, Linda Hamor.

Lisa and Family; I'm so sorry for your loss and my thoughts will be with you during this difficult time. I have great memories of visiting your house as a child as Jackey was such a happy person whom made everyone feel welcome. Jackie was a loving person, very kind. I can remember when I used to come out to the farm with her mom & dad. Jackie took time out of her day to talk to me, play with me. Jeff, Lisa and Family, I am so very sorry that Jackey has moved on sooner than we all would wish, and left you all behind - but I am grateful that she is pain free and at peace.
