Willard

   Willard W. Hotakainen, age 78 of Faribault died on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at his home.
   Funeral services will be held at the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. with the Reverend Craig Breimhorst officiating. Interment and military rites will be at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis.
   Visitation will held for one hour prior to the service on Monday.
   Willard Walter, the son of Aato and Geela Hotakainen, was born July 18, 1930 in Blufton Township, Ottertail County, Minnesota. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Willard married Anna Mae Enbom on December 25, 1952 in Menahga. He worked road construction for many years and later Ryt-Way Foods, Northfield.
   He is survived by his wife, Anna Mae of Faribault; two children, Shane (and Kala) of St. Paul and Dawn (and Larry) Tenhoff of Faribault; four grandchildren, Serena, Griffen, Tobias and Lira; a brother, Leonard and a sister, Delores Walkama both of Sebeka.
   He was preceded in death by his parents, eleven sisters and five brothers.
