Obituary for Richard Headline

Richard Allen Headline age 65 of San Jose, California, formerly of
Faribault, Minnesota died Sunday, October 29, 2006 at Kaiser Hospital-Santa
Teresa.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 10:00
a.m. in the Meadow Ridge Memorial Park, Faribault.

Richard Allen, son of Francis and Freda Headline born March 13, 1941, in
Rice County. He graduated from Faribault High School, and Mankato State
College. In 1965, he was united in marriage to Joan K. Pytleski in East
Chain, Minnesota and drafted into the U.S. Army and served in Fort Hood,
Texas. Following his discharge, he was employed at Peat, Marwick and
Mitchell as an auditor. He returned to Faribault and worked as the Business
Manager for The Constance Bultman Wilson Center. In 1980, the family moved
to San Jose, California, where Richard worked as a Controller until his
retirement.

Richard is survived by his wife Joan of 41 years; his sons Thomas and
William of San Jose; brother, Francis Headline of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota,
and sisters Irene Eiler, Darlene Larish, Patricia Larish, and Andrea Brown
of Faribault, Minnesota, Rosemary Remillard of Apple Valley, Minnesota, Lois
Headline of Rochester, Minnesota, Linda Huss of Aitkin, Minnesota. He was
preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Russell Headline and four
sisters, Verna Headline, Hazel Kummer, Virginia Kummer and Viola Martin.
