I was just sitting in my home in California and my 8yr. old son asked me to look up on the internet and see if there were any other sibling's named Caitlin and Trent. I typed it in the browser and your daughters page popped up. My son's name is Trent and my husbands brother died at the age of 19. We are reminded daily how much our lives are entwined whether we are neighbors or live in different cities or states. I am sorry for your loss, does not cover it! May you have some sort of peace in your lives and in your daily walk. Lord knows, you never forget. Sincerely, Kathy
May god help you find peace and comfort, a loss that will remain in your hearts, I did not know your daughter but I think of your family often and pray for you
To the Creger Family, I extend my sincere condolense to your family. I did not know your daughter nor do I know anyone in your family, but death is not for one person. It could have been me or someone in my family. Words can not bring Corey back; all I can say is that God knows why. We can not ask Him. My prayers are with your family and I know that God will continue to guide you all during this difficult time. He that giveth life, taketh. May you all be bless and know that God will see you through it all.
Trent and family, I didn't know your family but I have enjoyed getting to know you with our hunting trips to Bob's in Iowa. Please know how sorry we are for the loss of your daughter. We will keep you and your family in our prayers. Chuck and Leah Budde
To the Creger family, I stood side by side with my best friends family when their son died in a car accident. I did not know Corey personally, but I have experienced that the death of a young one, and especially a child, is an unspeakable loss. I know that there are no words to comfort, but know that I am thinking of you and have you all in my prayers. love shannon Stout sudent
I am so sorry to see her go. She was always so friendly and inviting. I didn't get a chance to know her all too well, and I'm sorry I didn't get to know her better! She had the whole world going for her. It's so sad to see that taken away. Always remember the good times, It makes makes the worst a little more bearable. God Bless -Caitlin Bohac
Although I never knew Corey I grew up next door to the Cady's and am so sorry for your loss...my heart just breaks imagining the sorrow your family must be going through. What a beautiful young lady who looks so much like her mother Michelle. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers. Love always, Deedee and family
BJ, Mike and Matthew, We are very sad to hear of your loss. Know that your whole family is in our thoughts and prayers. May God bless you and give you peace and comfort. Robbie, Joyce and Family
I worked with Corey at Dusek's Bakery, she was one of the "after-school" girls. I will remember Corey for her infectious smile and artistic talents. She was a sweet girl and will be greatly missed. May God keep you and your family in His loving care during this devastating time and may your beautiful memories of Corey sustain you, both now and always...God Bless...Jeanne Langeslag
Corey always had a smile and a "hello" for everyone when she would come to our home. My son Andrew was a good friend of Corey's. I went to school with Trent, small world that our children became friends. There is no way to lessen the sorrow of losing Corey, but please remember others care very much and wish you strength and comfort at this sad time.
My deepest sympathies to the whole Creger Family. I have fond memories of Corey when I use to baby-sit her and her two sisters Abby and Leah. Every moment I spent with the girls was a joy. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.
Please know that the faculty and students in the Art and Design Department share in the loss of your daughter Corey. Our thoughts are with you. Sincerely Professor Kate Maury
I have never really met Corey but she seems like a very happy and warm person in her photo. I know what it means to lose a loved one so i know what you are all going through. My heart goes out to you all. May you find strength in her memories.
Trent, Michelle and family, My heart goes out to you at this devestating time! I can't begin to imagine the tremendous loss you are feeling right now. I have been telling people about the beautiful dark haired, bright eyed little girl I remember Corey Lyn being when we worked together, Trent. She was always so spirited :) I can only pray that you will find strength somewhere, somehow, to continue on. You are in the hearts and prayers of all of us. Kristen Goodwin
Corey was such a good person. I remember at graduation, Corey sat right next to me and we sat there and talked about mr. turtle. Corey and I weren't the best of friends but she always said hi to me. She will always be remembered by the class of 2007. I'm so sorry for your loss, I can't imagine what you the parents are going through, but i do know what its like to lose a sibling. Hang in there, in time the pain will ease. It will never go away, but it WILL get better.
Corey is the same age as my little sister and I couldn't comprehend losing her now. I never knew Corey but her untimely death has touched the entire campus. You and your family are in my heart in this time of mourning and I'm certain you're also in the hearts of everyone on campus. God bless.
I am so sorry for what happened to your family. Corey was an amazing person and will be forever missed. I knew Corey from some of my classes at school and also from where she worked. I will miss her personality and spunky style. I will always remember Corey, she was just one of those people that touched your heart, she will be missed.
I remember her with her big smile and bright eyes, swimming right beside me in practice. With her spunky ways and infectious laughter she will be a happy memory for me forever and always. I send my love and support to any who need it. God bless!
Just wanted to offer my smypathies to Corey's parents and sisters. It is so hard to understand why things happen the way they do so many times. Would like to just share a verse that have helped me thru some very hard times. 1Peter 5:7 says to cast your cares upon him for he careth for you. Know on your own is almost impossible to deal with this but with Gods help you can make it thru this. ASk God to help you get thru this. I also think of the Footprints story in hard times. Let Jesus carry you at this hard time in your life. Corey always had a smile on her face. KNow that came from having a loving and caring family. God bless and help you all thru this now. Lord death is always hard to understand esp with someone as young and full of life as Corey. I am asking that you draw close to her parents, her sisters and all of her friends right now. Please help comfort them in this time of intense sorrow. Lord please take good care of Corey now. Thank you Lord for watching over all those that Corey has touched in her life now. I ask this in your precious name. Amen
We were devastated by the news. Just wanted you to know that you and the family are in our thoughts and prayers. She was a great kid and we will always remember her infectious smile.
My sincere sympathy to the family and friends of Corey. I had not met her, but just want to let you know that many here on Stout's campus are with you in thought and prayer. May God's healing and peace with be with you to help you through your loss. Lisa Maves, Career Services, UW-Stout.
