I am so sorry to hear of Aunt Laura Mae's passing. She will always hold a special place in my heart. She was always so good to me. To Uncle Marvin and all of you children and grandchildren and greatgrand children. What a tribute in itself. Your Mom was the sweetest person I know. I have missed my mother,(Avis) and I know you will all miss your mother too. Just remember all the good times. I lost my brother (Jerry) to cancer in March and I still am having a hard time. I just try to think about the fun times we had. Even when he was sick he made me laugh. Love to all of you and I have many, many memories of Aunt Laura and always loved her dearly. Miles can't take that away. I just got home from Reno on Sunday and Monday Blaine called and told me she had passed. On Sat. my grandaughter and I were at Blaine's and he was talking about your Mom, they are the same age. He was talking about how beautiful she was. She was beautiful inside and out. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Love, your cousin in California, Judy

Dear, Marvin, Colleen, Lona, Kevin, Ellie, Clint and Jake, What people think of first when they think of Laura; it is of her SMILE! Her smile was warm and friendly, it made her eyes shine. This is a very sad time for your family. In the months ahead you find that you have a life time of happy memories! I have made a donation to First English in memory of Laura. Sincerely, Tovah Sellner

THOUGHTS FOR THE FAMILY SORRY I COULD NOT ATTEND THE MEMORIAL SERVICE. I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE SPECIAL BOND LAURA HAD WITH MY MOTHER, MYRTLE (MRS SELMER PETERSON) AND HOW THEY WERE BAPTIZED AND CONFIRMED TOGETHER AT LESUER CHURCH, ALSO YOU ALL BEING SUCH CLOSE NEIGHBORS FOR SO MANY YEARS. I REMEMBER SINGING FOR THEIR WEDDING WHEN I WAS ONLY SEVEN YEARS OLD. LAURA WAS A VERY SPECIAL PERSON. YOUR COUSIN MARY JANE

Marvin & family, especially Colleen, I just wanted to send my sympathies and prayers for you as you mourn the loss of your dear Wife and mom. I know it has been a long time since I saw Laura, but want you to know how very much I thought of her. I don't think I ever saw her without her big smile and her loving ways. She was such a dear lady. Laura welcomed my mom, Marilyn, into her life with open arms and mom loved her so very much. I will never think of Woody without the good memories of you all and how very special you were in his and mom's life, and also how very special she was in my life. Blessings to you all as you honor the Laura's memory. ~Kathy~
